Quick Pumpkin Delight Dessert
For that sweet craving that won’t go away.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 can of 100% pumpkin (Libby’s)
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding
2 cups skim milk
Splenda®
cinnamon

Directions:

Make sugar free vanilla pudding according to package instructions with 2 cups skim milk
Empty can of pumpkin into small mixing bowl and add splenda and cinnamon to taste.
When pudding is chilled, scoop into four serving dishes alternating between layers of pudding and pumpkin.
