I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. I realized my true calling was empowering people to learn how to make better choices to improve their health. I then completed a dietetic internship at the College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. I started as a clinical dietitian at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson, NJ and then moved on to Chief Clinical Dietitian at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken, NJ.

I am a member of the American Dietetic Association, as well as the New Jersey Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Nutrition in Complimentary Care, and Sports and Cardiovascular Nutrition.
